My home safe would not open. Based on the reviews on Angie's list I called Jeff at Choice Locksmith & Security, Inc. He immediately returned my call and informed me that he was out of town and would not return until later in the month. After explaining the problem and indicating I wished to have it solved before his return, he referred me to Frank Chaco. I called Frank and he came to my home within one hour and looked at the problem. He diagnosed the problem as a defective solenoid, apparently a common problem with electronic locks on these safes. He was able to open the safe within a short period of time. He indicated that the solenoid could be replaced but indicated that the problem could reoccur; also the cost for the part and installation would approach the cost of a new safe. We chose to replace the safe and Frank agreed to remove the old safe at no charge. He was not familiar with Angie's list so I explained it to him and he was impressed. He also provided me with the discount that Choice Locksmith & Security would have provided. I highly recommend both Chaco Locksmith Services and Choice Locksmith & Security, Inc.
