He promised that he was going to help me and fix everything that went wrong with the previous plumber. It started out OK and I started writing him checks. When I went to purchase the plumbing supplies at the place he wanted me to go to everything was 20 to 30 percent more in cost, but he told me that they were higher quality. I paid $9000 dollars for the supplies, but I would have saved several thousand. I later found out that plumbers recommend certain plumbing store so that the plumbing store will recommend them to others and give them high ratings. They were basically scamming me. When he went to install the gas heaters for the triplex the city inspector said that he was doing it incorrect. Also, he refused to purchase a installation kit for the gas heater and said that they were already included with the gas heaters. The city inspector said he needed the purchase installation kits. He then kept telling me that the inspector didn't know what he was talking about. So finally he got a installation kit and it passed inspection. Then I started having leaks everywhere through the exterior walls of the triplex. Also when sodering he burnt holes in the PVC pipes that were adjacent to the copper pipes. He didn't soder the pipes correctly so they leaked. Also, he didn't install the gas lines that feed to the gas hose stoves correctly, so the guy who came to install the stoves was unable to. Then the shower copper stems were cut to short so you couldn't connect anything to it because the pipes would receed into the wall when the tub enclosure was installed. Then the city inspector gave him a list of things that were wrong and the plumber said he couldn't keep coming back so he asked for more money and promised that the next day he would correct everything. After that I never saw him again. He wouldn't return any of my calls. Later my electrician ran into him and said that the plumber said "I got my money, I'm not going back". I contacted the BBB about him and he told them that I was a flake and didn't pay him anything. I was able to prove everything and the BBB tried contacting him about it but he stopped cooperating with him. Rolling Hills Plumbing and Piping is his new company name. He changed the name because of my complaints I left with him at the BBB and the complaints I've made to people around town. I also told the plumbing supply store he goes to everything that happened so they no longer recommend him. Also because of the complaints, his bonds have been increased by the bond company. He complained that I owed him money but he never attemted to collect money that was supposedly owed on work he did. He went after me personally and tried to attack my integrity, but again I was able to prove everything by the endorsed checks.

I called back three times because the price was fabulous, but he never returned my calls. I was so happy with the company and I wished that they would have called me back. They were professional and seemed to be hard working, but I guess they got to busy or something.

EXCELLENT! Professional, reasonably priced (not cheap, but fair), knowledgeable, always returned telephone calls promptly, responsive to all requests, works well with other trades, finds out information when he does not know (rather than speaking without really knowing), easy to get along with, neat and clean, conscientious, careful, responsible.

WE HEARD ABOUT BONITA VALLEY PLUMBING & PIPING SERVICES FROM ONE OF THE OTHER CONTRACTORS WORKING AT OUR HOUSE. HE CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY & QUICKLY REPLACED THE WATER SHUT OFF VALVES. I WAS PLEASED THAT HE WAS IN & OUT SO QUICKLY. WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.
