The entire project was a disaster. He requested payment in advance which I foolishly agreed to. After that he rushed through the work on the play area then drug his feet on completing the rest of the projects and I had to call over and over again to get them to come out and finish the projects. The work in the play area was substandard. The grass was only removed from the surface then he cheated me on the amount of gravel and kept offering excuses when I asked for more gravel. I found out later that he had turned off the sprinklers to that entire section of the yard when all the grass started to die. When the sprinkers were turned on, a section of cement curbing popped up because it had been laid over a sprinkler head that had not been capped off. I fired him as my regular lawn care provider.

Both the owner and his staff are very nice people. They came on time and completed the work very quickly. They did the work without any problems.

These folks are absolutely faithful! Additionally, even though I haven't paid anything additional, they've been systematically digging out the crabgrass that's invaded the yard. I know when I come home from work on Fridays that the yard will look great.
