I recently worked with this company, and I cannot stress how smoothly everything went. Adrian is a great technician and provides great customer service. The guy was great... friendly, looked you in the eye, seemed honest. The only negative thing at all was the diagnosis was the circuit board, which wasn't in stock, so we had to go without heat for 5 days, THEN that wasn't the problem, it was the igniter - SO, I think a proper diagnosis could have saved us time, and probably $$$.
