+ 0 moreRene is very friendly and easy to get along with, and I think he does a good job. He issued us a report when he was done with his inspection that included a drawing of our house with a few areas that needed some attention. Specifically, we had some white & brown rot to some piers that needed treatment, and they also suggested that we trim some foliage away from the house to deter carpenter ants. He also noted that we had some construction debris under the house that ought to be removed lest it serve as termite food in the future. My only criticism of the company is that when I tried (about 3 times) to contact them to treat for the wood-bores (the white/black/brown rot), they never returned my calls, so I ultimately had another company (First Strike Pest Control) do that treatment. Don't know whether they were too busy or what happened.
Description of Work: Pestmaster was the company that inspected our house for termites and other wood destroying insects when we purchased the house, then we had them come back this year in May for our annual inspection. Rene Gutierrez inspected the exterior of the house around the foundation, then crawled the length of the house in the crawl space to inspect further.
