+ -1 moreProfessional, understanding, compassionate and efficient. Clog before we moved in was 'female' stuff. We weren't even moved in yet and want to remind people (yes - females) that the trash can is for those embarrassing female items.
Description of Work: Toilet repair and snaking of main sewer line; bill being worked out with landlord; but, they have always been reliable in the past. We are temporarily renting as we lost our home to a fire.

+ -1 moreI had Dean's install a new toilet flange which they did, some concrete chiseling was required as my house is on a slab. I was to install the actual toilet. The flange was mounted too high and the toilet sat balanced on the flange rather than on the floor. I called them back and they came promptly, there was a great deal of hammering and pounding and when he was done he had installed the toilet. I was happy that the toilet was finally installed but disappointed when they charged me another $85 to come back and fix their sloppy work. I paid it and plan to use another service in the future. The kitchen sink job was done in good order. If they had covered their mistake without billing me again I would not have been frustrated.
Description of Work: Install new toilet flange. Move supply pipes for kitchen sink.
