Steve Fleming and his crew of three did an excellent job of repairing damage to my roof caused by water and termites. The crew replaced all the fascia boards as well as damaged roof. The work turned out to be more extensive than originally planned, but Steve did a thorough job of inspecting and evaluating the task. I got five estimates for the job. I hired Steve because his estimate was based on a careful inspection and a fair cost estimate, in spite of the current high price of lumber because of the pandemic. I would hire Steve again and recommend him to my family and friends.

Steve Fleming of McCormick Construction was hired to do a roof inspection to determine the condition of our 26 year old tile roof. He submitted his findings and gave me an estimate of what repairs should be carried out. I went with his company after getting a few other estimates to repair the issues that were pointed out because the other estimates basically called out for the same repair work and the prices quoted were in the ballpark of Steve's estimate. He was able to get the work done in a relatively quick time frame, even though there was a couple of delays in completing the task, one of which was a complication discovered after he pulled up some tiles (which require an adjustment to the original estimate). I will be keeping his card on file for roofing work in the future and have recommended him to my neighbors for their roofing repairs.

Steve Fleming bid the job and managed the project. He was professional, friendly and available. The property had extensive termite damage. The repairs were skillfully completed. The new roof is the nicest in the neighborhood. The pricing was very competitive. I would hire McCormick Construction again and will refer them to others needing their services.

If you can wait for Steve Fleming, he's worth it. Small but highly professional shop, not like the 'big box' contractors. Steve's crew pay attention to detail are flexible and communicate well and often with owners. Added bonus, he is very good at keeping tenants calm while getting the job done.

A bit expensive for such a small job but it may have been their minimum. If I had a larger job I would definitely call them.

I hired Robert McCormick to replace the rotted fascia board around my patio doors. He is an experienced finish carpenter who is competitively priced and completed his work, as promised. He is also very pleasant to work with.

The job was to replace the fascia board at the front the house. The workmanship was excellent and was done in one day. Would definitely use this company for any future projects

The project involved replacement of rotted and weathered fascia, plus sand and stain the remaining fascia, first and second story. Steve and crew were timely to get started, for a fair price, finished ahead of schedule, provided excellent quality on the work, and left the job site clean. Steve and his crew were quick in responding to my request for a quote. I hired him because he and his partner doesn't subcontract the job but does the work. They were on time toe the job site and were great on cleaning up on at the end of the day. I would hire his crew again.

Steve McCormick is one ina million! He is honest to God ..well Honest. He didnt sugar coat my quotes and he was upfron when he said he wasnt able to do a project of mine and gave me references to people that could. He didnt make me feel like I was stupid!
