Animal Control Made Easy

Description of Work: I hired Mr Joe Cook to remove several skunks and possums living on my property, including under the house. We agreed to 30 days of trapping, at 2 traps on the property for $600. He also agreed to remove the feces under the house and fill in the tunnel entrances that had been dug under the structure; he also agreed to close up entrances in the roofline and on the crawl space where the animals were getting in, and to spray the exterior of the house with pesticide to remove spiders and the urine smell that supposedly entices the animals back. He "forgot" his generator so I allowed him to access my electrical outlet. He did not use pesticide when he sprayed (obvious from the kitchen counters full of dirt and dust he left after spraying with the windows open), he did not close up the holes in the roofline, and only fixed a few under the house, did not remove all the feces, and did not fill ANY tunnels in under the house. He initially left 2 traps, but didn't tell me (A) where they were and (B) that it was MY responsibility to check them daily and call him before 0900 every day. I work nights, so checking traps in the middle of the night was the only time to do it - which I would have, had I known where they all were. When the traps caught animals, he refused to respond to pick them up, and since I didn't know where one of the traps was, I had no idea there was an animal in it - until THREE DAYS LATER! He does not return phone calls and will come up with some pretty wild excuses about why. I could say so much more, but I'm sure you get the general idea. I paid up front, since I was going to be unavailable during normal daytime hours and that was *MY* mistake - I'll never do that again ... if I learned anything from this experience it was that.
