+ -1 moreTHEY TOLD US IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT THREE WEEKS TO HAVE THE TV READY, BUT IT WAS DONE IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS. THEY WERE NOT EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, BUT VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: WE HAD OUR BIG SCREEN TV REPAIRED, BECAUSE THE COLOR WAS NOT WORKING VERY WELL ANYMORE.

Description of Work: WE USE THIS COMPANY WHENEVER WE NEED ELECTRONICS. WE BOUGHT A FULL HOME THEATER SYSTEM. TV, STEREO, SPEAKERS, ETC.

+ -1 moreGOOD GUYS IS A VERY RELIABLE AND FRIENDLY COMPANY. THEY SELL ALL SORT OF ELECTRONICS AND OFFER REPAIR SERVICES AS WELL. ON THIS OCCASION MY TV NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED AND THEY DID IT FAIRLY QUICKLY.

+ -1 moreTHE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND THE REPAIR WAS PERFORMED IN FEWER DAYS THAN PREDICTED IN THE ESTIMATE. OVERALL I WAS A LITTLE UPSET ABOUT THE COST, BUT THE REPAIR WAS DONE EXTREMELY WELL.
Description of Work: I BROUGHT MY TELEVISION IN FOR SOME MINOR REPAIR, WHICH ENDED UP COSTING MORE THAN I EXCPECTED.

+ -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD, LIKE ALMOST EVERY TIME I SHOP THERE. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND LET ME TRY A LOT OF DIFFERENT STEREOS (LET ME CRANK THEM REALLY LOUD TOO!!!). THE INSTALLMENT WAS PERFORMED IMMEDIATELY AND IN THE TIME THAT WAS PROMISED.
Description of Work: THIS IS A COMPANY THAT I USE A LOT. IN THE PAST I HAVE BOUGHT MY TV, MY CAMCORDER, VCR, DVD THERE. I HAD MY TV REPAIRED THERE ALSO. IN THIS CASE I BOUGHT A STEREO/RADIO FOR MY CAR AND I ALSO HAD IT INSTALLED THERE.
