 + -1 moreI knew a lot of the materials and fixtures that I wanted to work with and he illustrated all of my materials into a cohesive design. He was very logical, fast, and had many wonderful out of the box ideas. The process was quick and fun, and I felt like Jay really listened to me. His renderings made our building process sooooo much easier! Definitely saved me time and money trying to explain it to my contractor. The final product was magnificent, and looked just like his renderings. Anytime I build something in the future, I am definitely going to hire Jay to render it. He is a solid guy, and I loved working with him because he was very skilled and didn't gouge me financially. He also seemed genuinely excited by my project which was really nice.
Description of Work: Jay was very easy to work with. I told him my vision on building my outdoor bathroom, and he brought it to life in a very lovely way. He did beautiful 3D renderings and videos. He also did static designs with measurements for my contractor.

 + 0 moreMy experience was awesome! They really went above and beyond until I got exactly what I was looking for. I had changes that simple to difficult and just a few phone calls back and forth, they were able to nail it! Very professional and got everything done in less than a week. I'd highly recommend them to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

 + 0 moreDo give Jay all the plans, tell him what you are looking for. Include the contractor and subs if changes are to be made. Measure twice cut once!
Description of Work: Jay Schram took our architecture designes and brought them to life. He showed us the exterior, interior, and surrounding landscape before we signed off on the plans. We were able to see where a bathroom was placed in a weird location and it did not work. Thankfully he was able to show us and saved us a costly error. We also changed the location of the pool and spa in order to maintain the look we wanted. He is very detail orientated, the computer 3D design is exactly what was built 7 months later. Not to mention he was a contractor and knew exactly how things should be built. Must have for anybody who is looking to build their own home and would like to see it in 3D before it is built!

 + -1 moreWe couldn't be happier with all the work that was preformed by Schram Design. They did the work that they said they were going to do. They were within their time schedule. And they made it fun! What more could you ask for!
Description of Work: I have used Schram Designs (SD) for over 8 years. Every project I have thrown their way SD has always come up big in both offering beautiful creative designs and finding solutions to issues that may arise. SD has the vision that many of us lack! They designed our trade show booths for both DWELL and ICFF (International Contemporary Furniture Fair) . These trade shows are an interior design show that is featured in LA and NY. Their ability to design and then turn it into life in a 3D rendering is such a valuable tool. I would highly recommend them for any and all applications that may need this type of process. In addition to my stunning trade show booths they also did my backyard design. Would highly recommend them for this type of work as well. Again, the talent they possess translates very well for 3D Landscape design or any interior or exterior design. They took real pictures of my back yard and transposed them into 3D art. Showing us in magnificent real pictures exactly what the finished yard would look like! It was very exciting to see our yard transform into a dream oasis! Once, more I would highly recommend them for any and all design needs you may encounter.

 + -1 moreEverything went exactly as agreed. We requested several renderings that the City requested us to provide. During the process of their preparation, we made several changes. Jason was very accommodating and responsive to our requests, and completed the requested changes quickly. Following our meeting with the City, it was requested that one of the renderings be modified. We explained the request to Jason, and he again, was very responsive to our needs and request. His price for the services provided was reasonable. We would, and will, definitely use his services again in the future.
Description of Work: Prepared renderings for a residential development that we are doing.
