He is very talented and he is always right on time. Whatever he promises he does. I never had to run after him to get things finished. He did his work and offered solutions to problems we did not know how to resolve. He was always very professional.
Description of Work: He has done several projects. He designed a five unit building and he also designed a second story house edition. The design of the building was about $40,000 and the house design was close to $10,000.
