+ -1 moreMark is a fraud. He promises technical working drawings and delivers, after months of hocking, sloppy incomplete sketches that include planting over doorways. The excuses are endless and the work is sub-par. He demands most of his fees up front and the only way to get them back is through arbitration as required in his contract. It's basically a nightmare.
