Description of Work: They moved me from Winnetka, CA to rural Kentucky. I've moved several times in the past and had one horrible experience so I was very on edge. They were TERRIFIC! Nick came out and gave me a quote and that's the price I paid - no switch and bait or last minute "the price didn't include this..." The young men who delivered the furniture were professional, punctual (here within 10 minutes of scheduled delivery) and very friendly (Serge and Alec). The only thing that broke was one old TV and Quality Movers reimbursed me immediately. Moving is a huge stressor, and these guys made it as easy as possible. I would hire them again in a minute.

Did I say terrible. |Unethical and deceitful on every step of the way. |From estimate to loading to transport to unloading - absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. |The Supervisor was the rudest person ever. |No sense of repeat business or customer satisfaction - all they cared about was your payment - no sense of customer service. |Did I say terrible already. |How about unprofessional, misleading and rude? - Yes, they are.

They moved me from my apartment into storage and they wrapped everything, packed everything beautifully into the storage unit, maximizing my space so I was able to get the smaller size storage unit and saved some money.
