Everything went great. The owner arrived with staff to go over our needs. The unit was given a deep cleaning and we were very pleased with the results. Nice ladies who worked very hard. Cleaner did a great job. Only issue, which I understand, was their inability to get the shower floor completely clean due to the use of non-toxic products. They did offer to use a different product to avoid the issue at the next cleaning. Overall, we were very happy and would recommend for those seeking to avoid harsh chemicals in their home.

I was very happy with the service provided. The woman who did the work was very efficient, pleasant and was easy to work with. I would use KIS Clean again. However, they do not normally take jobs east of downtown L.A. I was very happy they decided to make an exception in my case.

It didn't. I never used the service.

KisClean was able to help me out pretty much last minute. They were on time and left a professional for three hours to clean my apartment. I gave specific instructions about what to clean and what not to and they were followed without issue. I was very pleased with the results as my apartment was far cleaner then when I moved in.

I found the provider on Angie's list and I'm not sure why but when Angie's List searched my area for a house cleaning service this company came up thought they do not even service my area. Im not sure if the blame is with Angie's List or this company and I understand mistakes happen but this is my honest experience and situation that happened today with these two companies. Now I've got a hold for 300 dollars for two house cleaning services that we're not able to come through and on top of that I have to come up with more money to pay for a house cleaning service by Saturday and just wait until my refund is issued. So this was my experience.

Everything turned out nicely. The cleaners arrived on time, they did a thorough job, and they responded quickly when we called to schedule.

Phillip is easy to work with and flexible with scheduling. We use him on a regular basis. At times he accepts to schedule cleaning on a moment's notice, if it's an emergency. He uses good non-toxic cleaning products, which is very important for us, as there is a history of asthma and allergies in the family.

They did a good job but were not able to do as much as I had hoped. What they did get done was exceptionally well done.

The cleaning lady sent by this company was just great; pleasant and professional.

They were very nice, but I did not know if it was the non-toxic cleaning supplies. I think all the used was just water. They were nice and showed up on time and did a decent job. They tried to clean as much as they could. They sent 2 people out to do the job.

It was fine. I kind of was aggravated because I thought it was going to be for four hours but they said it was only for two and they said it was a basic cleaning. I wouldn't use them again. They didn't give what was advertised.

I had a short notice, family-in-town emergency. Phillip and Joe scheduled an appointment early the next morning (an hour and a half earlier then they usually begin) and had the place completely cleaned by the time I returned, family in tow. They got the entire place into shape with very little notice and for a very good price. Highly recommend.

General housecleaning - they were pleasant and did an ok job - not as thorough as my regular person.
