Josh Shadid

I called the number given to me by SAG to call directly to a James Wilder cell, but not sure if it is, as this person never answered then hung up. So I tried looking for their business and I found their email and I emailed to a Josh Shadid, real estate broker of Caldwell Bank. When I initially emailed him, there were no response; then I emailed again and got his email and he seem rude to me and I asked him if this James Wilder could sponsor to get me started of my own business and Josh replied immediately no. Now how would he know if this James Wilder would do that? James Wilder didn't answer me, only Josh did, and James Wilder didn't answer for himself. But the rudeness I received from this person, I am concerned why anyone want to stay at The Modern Villas at either 119 North Larchmont Blvd, LA, CA 90004 or 6933 Los Tilos Rd, LA, CA 90068 with phone number of 310-872-0196. If you decide to stay there, it is highly outrageous per night. You'd think with the price being high, they would go extra step to be professional and curteous to their customers but in this case, it didn't happen.
