+ -1 moreJob 1: Jorge and his apprentice Danny tore out 470 sq. ft. of Terra cotta tile and installed the same square footage of black slate ceramic tile. It took them 5 days to complete the job, and they left the house in excellent condition. They were punctual, hardworking, and kept me up to date with how things where going and what they would accomplish that day. Job 2: Jorge's work ethic is strong but he can be tardy fairly often (up to 60 minutes late. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things and he certainly does deliver on a bargain but it is something to point out. This is the second time I've hired him.
Description of Work: Job 1: They removed 470 sq. ft. of Terra cotta tile and installed black slate in the same area.($2350.) Job 2: Jorge demo'd my bathroom, put up new wallboard, built two wall insets (to hold shampoo bottles), applied 2 walls of glass mosaic tile and re-tiled my bathroom floor.($1400.)
