hardwood floor
 + -1 moreWe purchased a wood floor from them and when it arrived it was dry and splintered. We took photos and sent them to Exquisite Surfaces. They never took any responsibility for the defective merchandise and to this day they blame our floor installer. They have been very non-responsive and they believe it is our fault.
Description of Work: Wood floor distributor/manufacturer.
