Description of Work: As a first time homebuyer, I am naturally skittish about the process. In order to ensure I am making a safe purchase, I have been very careful about polling friends/colleagues regarding various inspectors to use. Mark came highly referred from business managers, picky homeowners, and other tradesmen I had encountered. I could not have been happier with the decision to go with Mark! He was a pleasure to deal with - he arrived early, was extremely thorough, and was kind enough to walk me through every single thing he did (and what he found). He caught minor issues as well as large issues. I can't express enough how great he was. I DO HAVE ONE NOTE: DEFINITELY BOOK EARLY - he is a top inspector and highly sought after. Now I know why!

+ -1 moreMark was excellent, he was very thorough, and his written reports was very detailed and precise. He has great verbal communication skills as well with his customers. I would never use anyone else because he helped use out tremendously.
