+ -1 moreThey did a good job. When I have to have my carpet cleaned again I will use them. They always do a good job on our carpets and their prices are reasonable. They were fast workers and finished in for 4 hours. The whole first floor is tiled and our master bedroom is all tiled, so that took up most of the time. The carpet was finished within an hour or so, but I'm happy that they did it in only 4 hours.
Description of Work: We used Chem-Dry for our carpet cleaning. They did the stairs, the hallway, and they also did the grouting on our tile.

+ -1 moreI THINK MY CARPET IS FILTHY SO EITHER IT'S A BAD CARPET OR THEY DIDN'T DO A GOOD JOB AT GETTING THE STAINS OUT. THE WORKER WAS FINE. HE SAID THAT HE COULDN'T GET THE STAINS OUT. WHATEVER HE USED DIDN'T WORK BECAUSE THE STAINS ARE BACK.
