We would not recommend this contractor. One of the problems was that they did all of the buildings in the complex at the same time rather than doing them one at a time and they did this at the beginning of about three solid weeks of rain. They were trying to do the inside and the outside at the same time and there was damage because it started raining after they peeled off the roof. The pricing was attractive but the overall quality of work left a lot to be desired. They subcontract to the cheapest guys they can find and while they worked very hard, they just didn?t do a good job; I had sections of the roof redone about a year later and we still haven?t had the paint work redone. I know they can correct problems themselves but I didn?t want them coming in and redoing stuff when I know their work leaves a lot to be desired. Based on the rework I?ve gotten on the roofing and the painting work I am anticipating, I?ll pay the same amount as the higher quotes I received for this job. I don?t consider myself out of pocket, in the long run, but my frustration level is very high.
