Bruce Walker

We live in a great, family-oriented neighborhood in Los Angeles, where the home prices seem to be holding steady. However, it can still be hard to sell a home, given the current climate. My neighbors, a young couple, got a fantastic job opportunity and needed to sell their home quickly. Because we had worked with Bruce on two prior occasions, and I knew him to be an excellent, knowledgable agent, I suggested they go with him, but they had already committed to another agent. Long story short, they went through three agents over six months. Finally, they hired Bruce--and the home sold within a week or two. My neighbors went through do much grief before that. One agent suggested they hire a stager who charged them a $10,000.00 deposit! Bruce brought in a stager who, for $500, did an outstanding job.
