Description of Work: Called them to fix my dishwasher. They charged me $380. Next day. Same issue. They come back and say its fixed, 5 minutes. Next day same problem. They then set 4 more appts. Each time I had to arrange someone to be there, each time no show. I would call and the would give me lame excuses or just say the don't know why he didn't show. I finally said I'm done, give my ones back and I'll find someone else who can fix it. They said sorry our policy is that we do not give refunds! How do these criminals, that would be someone who takes something and gives nothing, stays in business!

+ -1 moreI'm not happy about the repair fee for not doing anything but plug in a cord ..... the same as I had done that day and the day before. He hung around for a while chatting about how cheap the Samsung appliances are and then had me write the check.
Description of Work: The service call was $79...my microwave didn't go on at all. I unplugged it to reset it like the Samsung web site told me to. When the serviceman got here he plugged it in and it worked. He charged the $79 anyway. He told me if it was going to be repaired it would cost $250 (about the cost of my 2 yr old microwave). As it turned out the microwave went out again that night and again the next morning. I bought a new microwave. Won't buy Samsung again, as the repairman said they are the worst to repair.......

+ -1 moreThey did the work to install a new one and told us it should last another 20 years. 3 weeks ago, it broke again. Everything spoiled in our freezer. We called this company again to ask them to look into the company that sold them this compressor and look into this for us, they were rude, they said they didn't have the records of this. They were very discourteous and refused to help us.
Description of Work: Installed a new compressor in our sub zero freezer.
