All Star Janitorial LLC

All Star Janitorial LLC was awful. Had an appointment for between 12-3pm and at 1:30pm Jocelyn texted me and said she was running late at another job and wouldn't be done there until 4-4:30pm. I said "Okay, I'll meet you at the house between 4-4:30pm" and she said "Ok sounds like a plan." I arrived at the house at 3:50pm and texted her letting her know I was there and asked how long before she'd arrive. She never responded again. I texted, I called-she ignored every message I sent to her. Totally unprofessional. Then I called the company and spoke with Rich. He said she was running behind at another job. That's not my problem. When she knew she was going to be grossly late, she and her company should have either rebooked the other appointment to finish up the job that was beyond what was expected or sent someone else out to my appointment. I had to turn in my keys for the leased house that evening at 7pm and couldn't reschedule because of their lack of professionalism. I ended up having to clean the house myself with the home owner to get it ready for the tenant that evening. I'm a mother of a newborn baby and he is nursing. Because of this delay my milk supply got messed up and I now have to resort to formula. This is so upsetting for me as a mother to not be able to provide milk for my son because of this company. Not just that but it's caused undo stress relating to the nursing, and the last minute resort to cleaning the home myself, and add on the cost of the formula I now I have to purchase because of "All Star Janitorial". This company needs to be removed from Amazon services. I will never use Amazon services again because of this terrible experience.
