Description of Work: They dismantled a 24 by 18 redwood deck with trellis. They poured a concrete floor the same dimensions. They installed an insulated roofing system. They installed ceiling fans in the roofing system. They added two walls to enclose the patio. They added windows and a sliding glass door and a regular door. They built a fence and gate. They poured a 10 by 27 foot concrete slab and added another insulated roofing system on one end and attached the roofing system to the pre existing roofing system to look like one piece. They installed ceiling fans there as well. Also they added electrical sockets and an electrical box.

+ 0 moreVery well. workers were kind and considerate. They handled the permits for both the structural and electrical. Job was done in a timely and professional manner. Everyone I have shown it to has been quite impressed. The Roman pillars are a nice touch. Had them install two remote control fans with lights, I highly recommend this as well. I had it done with extra strong 6 inch panels so I can not only walk on it but will support Solar panels in the future.

+ 0 moreDemo was fast and efficient. Door install was well done. Dan and his crew were in and out very quickly. Follow up with a couple minor finishing touches was a tad slow, but they did follow through. This was our second job with Delta Pacific Builders and a third job is in the planning stages.
