everything was professionally and nicely done with minimal disruption. michael and chris are the real pool guys! michael responds quickly to any queries and technical issues even after more than a year from project completion. their cost is reasonable and way below the estimates of other contractors who bidded fle the the project.

Micheal who runs the business is very hands on. From the beginning, the costs of the whole project to the design of the pool Micheal is the go to man in charge! He over sees every aspect of the project working along side his crew everyday from the beginning to the end! He will advise you on color choices and tile selections along with lighting choice, every aspect of building your pool. I was looking at 3 different pool companyâ s and Iâ m so glad I choose Purrfect Pools to be the company to install my in ground pool! Everyone who sees my pool loves the design and can see all the hard work that was put into it! Itâ s absolutely beautiful. I am more than pleased!

The project was a new heater, variable speed pump, filtration system, and controller with wifi access. Michael, the project manager, actually convinced me to install a smaller (and less expensive) heater than I initially requested because the gas supply would have been inadequate and lead to faster failure of a larger furnace. I really appreciated that kind of technical expertise and honesty. Everything was on time and as promised. Excellent followup customer service. This is the company to hire.

Project manager Mike was fantastic. He was always there to answer questions. He was very knowledgeable and supportive. He took care of problems. He always followed up and kept me informed. He did a fantastic job. Our pool turned out beautiful.

The job started on time and finished as promise in the time frame I was advised it would, The crew cleaned up after themselves after each day's work.

Michael was very customer focused. While not the least expensive they installed a new heater and control for our pool in one day as they promised. Itâ s Great technology and now I have an app on my phone to turn on and off pool heater. He followed up several time to assure that all was working well.

Best investment I ever made. I love it , grand kids love it. They did everything, worked with HOA, permits etc. couldnâ t be happier.
