Description of Work: Willard did my sewer lateral for a house I just bought. The sellers had him include an estimate in the disclosure packet. I asked around and got a few recommendations for him. The house and sewer connection are set back from the street - so the pipe needed to be longer. The price seemed about average for Berkeley right now with the set back $5,800. They removed concrete with a backhoe, installed the trenchless pipe and poured new concrete. They did it all in one long day - no hiccups. He put me on the schedule pretty fast - which was nice since all the other companies I have been talking to about doing work are too booked.
