They were recommended by a neighbor. They had personalized car. They took their time, and we were very impressed with them.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. They completed the job in a timely manner and did exactly what they said they would do. However, prior to doing the job, we had some miscommunication about when the test results would be completed. Overall, my experience was very positive ad I would recommend them.

Arrived on time. Professional crew, cleaned up well afterward. Tree was removed to our satisfaction. Price seemed reasonable.

I Called the professional tree care company out to do an estimate. The estimator was a little late but was overall a pleasant person. He did not have the appropriate paperwork with him when he arrived for the estimate so I was told that it would be emailed to me. I waited for a few days and then called to check on the status and to make sure they had my correct email address. There was no answer in the office so I left a message. After a week I called again, the person on the phone apologized and said she would get the estimate to me that day - it never came. The estimate was supposed to arrive via email and via snail mail. They had all of the correct information - apparently they didn't want my business. I am irritated that they wasted my time.

The Professional Tree Co. came out for an estimate. I would have hired them, but my husband had promised the job to a hauling guy he knows, so we didn't use Professional. However, I was very impressed with the professional manner in which their rep behaved when he came out for the estimate and the amount they wanted to charge was super reasonable.

It took them about one full day to do the work. There were about 7 people there. I called around and they had an estimate of about half the price of other people. They also cleaned up the area very well. They also called me to reschedule the appointment for earlier than what it was originally scheduled for because they had someone cancel on them.
