Did not do exactly what was indicated in the job order: (installed rebars, rock base, keys). The estimator and the worker differed what was needed to be done on the project. My wife unhappy having the workers use our restrooms while they work. (No transportation for worker to go to a public restroom).

Very professional from beginning to end, job well done to my satisfaction. Edward's proposal was plain, simple and easy to understand. Eddie did a great job according to the plan, made useful suggestions along the way, agreed, implemented, which turned out to be better alternatives. Has excellent skill in this type of work. I highly recommend them to others.

Everything was professionally done and beautifully finished but I just had questions that weren't answered adequately to make it a more satisfactory conclusion. I wished, too late, that I had had a landscape designer to help with questions and answers. Edward Sr was great but communication between us wasn't so great...My fault as much as his. The project moved much quicker than I anticipated.

Edward was so prompt in responding to our request; his father & crew were so prompt in doing the work on our center patio. They came when expected; prepared for the job; cleaned up afterwards both days. The job they did - removing the old concrete, cleaning the area, waterproofing, then laying new concrete was excellent - great attention to detail. Also .. great at noticing what needed doing & doing it.

They did a great job, very nice people but I wish I had a plan in place or worked with some design before starting this project. Some communication issues at the end but that was probably my fault. Started with slab on side of house, then needed drainage re-routed. Then a 50ft retaining wall, after moving a LOT of dirt. This cost me over 20k.
