+ -1 moreI would highly recommend Rug Masters based on our recent experience. Our rug is a 1970 vintage wool Scandinavian rug that we are very fond of and wanted to have looking its best. They treated it with as much respect as if it were a valuable oriental carpet, matched the color of the threads perfectly and did a really nice job repairing the damaged ends of the rug. We were also very happy that they picked up the delivered the rug and new pad, since we are getting old. This is a family business and everyone was very pleasant to work with.
Description of Work: Rug Masters cleaned and repaired our wool dining room rug.

+ -1 moreI spent about $300 for their services. I chose them because they pick up and deliver the rugs. I also saw some reviews about them which were pretty good. They did a great job. They repaired the rug and it looks great. They were just a little slow in the follow up and I had to follow up with them. I would use their services in the future too.
Description of Work: I used the services of Rug Masters Cleaning & Repair in the beginning of July for having a rug repaired. They picked the rug up, took it to their place and brought it back.
