I have used them in the past. They were very responsive. I called them in the morning and they were there by noon to fix the broken lock. They fixed it very quickly. To buy the knobs and bolts, I went to the store just hoping to order what I wanted because I didn’t think that they would have it in stock. They had it in stock and they re-keyed all the locks. I walked out from there very happy. They gave me a deal on it too. They didn’t charge me for re-keying some of the locks. The workers were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They were one short on one of the dead bolts, so they got it for me from another store. They were very good and very professional.

Excellent that's all I can say. Robin showed up at 9am sharp. Worked through all of the locks and lubricated all of the doors, making sure they worked properly. He also fixed 2 doors that were sticking and not catching when you closed the door. I would highly recommend Rex and in particular Robin.

They were wonderful. I am never going to anybody else!

The person that came out was very, very experienced and knew exactly what had happened and why it wasn't doing what it was supposed to do. I would definitely use them again if I had another issue. Arrived within 2 hours of my call. Made an effort to install locks which were similar in appears to the rest of the house. Actual cost was within 10% - 15% of est. Gentleman was neat and work area was clean.

Every once in a while we have to call them back because something has to be redone and it works fine. They are professional and show up on time.

Went very well. Locksmith showed up on time, called first to make sure I'd be there. Quickly moved through what he had to do, but when he got to a particular issue with an outside door where he could have solved a problem in a quick and dirty way(or just tried not to let me know it was even an issue), he instead chose a more lengthy approach of "doing it right". It didn't cost me any more and it made me want to keep coming back to these guys(this is the second time I've used them). Locksmith was pleasant and informative to talk to, but was always working while he was talking. Left no messes and everything has worked flawlessly since he did his work.

The locksmith was able to immediately recognize the problem with my ignition switch and quickly executed the repair. They were able to schedule an appointment that was convenient to my schedule.

Rex's did a really good job. They were prompt, professional, and very friendly. They were very helpful to me and my only complaint is they were priced a little high, but otherwise they did a satisfactory job.

The service tech was on time, made the keys, and handed them over. When I tested the keys, one did not fit. He corrected it immediately.
