concrete repair, mudjacking
+ 0 moreMr. Milligan requested tree consultation for one of his clients. I provided the service requested at the agreed to fee. He has not paid for my service. I made every effort to work out payment with him, including agreeing to meet him at the bank, where I was stood up (honestly, I don't know what I was expecting).
Description of Work: He did not perform any services for me but reather requested my services to meet one of his customers needs.
