He was here for over an hour. He hooked up one computer, but could not get my husband's one hooked up. He did not bring a new router with him, so he sold us one. We tried to hook it up ourselves, but we could not get it to work. His accent was not great, and it was a bit hard to understand him. His work was okay, but not really effective. Our experience with him was alright, but we would probably not use him again.
Description of Work: We used McTek Shystems Inc. to repair the wireless connections with computers that we have around the house.

They were timely, courteous, thorough, accommodating, and reasonably charge.
Description of Work: They did same day service to restore a full functioning HP Pavilion laptop which had crashed. I returned two days later for consultation regarding a new application for nominal fee.
