Our move with Kruger from Berkeley CA in the San Francisco Bay Area to South Orange County in Southern CA began with a move out on January 31, 2023, and ended with a move in the next day, February 1. Siki and Steven of Kruger Moving LLC are true moving professionals. They were very responsive and attentive to details from our first call to them throughout the entire process. They visited our home to assess what needed to be moved, made useful suggestions re packing, quoted the job to which we agreed, kept us well informed, and stuck to their fixed bid. They arrived to move us out on the appointed day and were well prepared with their team and equipment. There were no surprises moving out, traveling south, or moving into our new residence. All went well. Any move is a stressful experience, however our move with Kruger was the least stressful we've ever experienced. We couldn't have been more pleased and highly recommend them.

We hired Kruger Moving to unload a UHaul with 1 bedroom worth of belongings in Berkeley. After a thorough search for moving companies, I contacted a few about availability and rates. Siki replied within 30 minutes. He remained responsive over email while confirming details of the move. On the day of the move, they arrived on time. We did a walkthrough to discuss the plan for each room as well as larger items. I was impressed with their positive, can-do attitude. They navigated an exterior stairwell with ease. Overall, they worked efficiently and handled items with care. We had one challenging item, which I thought might not fit. After strategic problem-solving, they were able to make it work with some disassembling and reassembling. They also helped reassemble items we had taken apart to fit in the UHaul. No items were broken. No hidden charges. Took less time than expected. The entire process was far less stressful because of their excellent work ethic and extensive experience. I would hire them again without question, and I would strongly recommend them for any moving needs!

Siki was quick to get back to me and managed to squeeze me into his busy schedule. Prior to meeting, we FaceTime each other to ensure that my bulky item can be transported into my house since we are in a middle of a construction project. It worked out great. Siki and his team are professionals with 15+ years experience and decided to start their own business during the pandemic. They handled my item with care. It was padded, saran wrapped and properly strapped during transport to ensure it will not be damaged. They were also very careful to make sure my floors are not scratched. I truly appreciate their service and will definitely use and recommend them to others.
