I have a 1920s craftsman bungalow with double-hung wood front windows, one large central windows and two smaller side windows, that have a pattern of small panes at the top. This pattern is also followed in the interior doors to built-in bookshelves and a built-in china cabinet. These windows were one of the reasons I chose to buy this house 17 years ago. The existing windows were in very deteriorated condition and needed to be replaced. Luis came out and took thorough measurements. A quote for approximately $4400 followed for laminated glass (I had the option of single pane, laminated, or double pane glass). My expectation was under $5000, so I felt it was a fair price. It took about 6 weeks for my windows to be manufactured. Then Luis and his helper came out - on a Saturday, how convenient! - and replaced the windows, taking approximately 6 hours. They were extremely neat and left things tidy both inside and out, and they installed the safety locks I requested as well. The new windows are gorgeous! They look just like the old ones, only new. The movable windows work perfectly - I chose to have the large middle window fixed. I couldn't be happier!

The work was done but appointments were not kept, calls we made were not returned in a timely way and we still have problems regarding the windows that the company just won't call us back on, even though we still owe them money. The other problem is that they don't take responsibility for their work, often referring us to others saying we contracted that work out so you need to call them.
