+ -1 moreOn-time, professional and our rugs are clean! Price was better than taking rugs ourselves to the local dry cleaner, which we tried last year, only to have our rugs returned still smelling like dog urine (did they clean them at all?). Imperial's work was great and the rugs smell much better! Took about a week.
Description of Work: Picked up and cleaned two rugs from our home. One was 5x7, the other 8x11.

+ -1 moreTito and his family did a great job. They picked up my rugs, cleaned them, and delivered them to my new house on a Saturday, all for only $400. One of my rugs is a really bright blue one from Nepal, and it looks beautiful. They also cleaned a hooked rug my great grandmother made in a deep burgundy. It looks wonderful too. Tito and his helpers/family were very nice to work with. I highly recommend Imperial for any area rugs you need cleaned.
Description of Work: I had four rugs cleaned, and they were picked up at my old place and delivered to my new house.
