Description of Work: The estimator came and gave me an estimate for a service upgrade, installation of new outlets, rewiring of two existing outlets, and possible service to the detached garage. While he was professional, and he did send me a written estimate in a timely manner, I was a little bit dismayed when after I showed him everything I wanted him to do, his first question was , "Do you want this done with permits?" It came across as if he'd do the job cheaper if he could take shortcuts that the inspector would otherwise catch. I'm not sure how he'd get by PG&E without a permit either. Also he wanted to charge me $350 per outlet regardless if the outlet was 2 feet away or 20 feet away, and on the same circuit or different circuit. I thought it was unreasonable. He also had this nonchalant attitude whenever I asked questions, which made me overlook him. I kept looking and ultimately hired someone else who was fairly meticulous, and answered all my questions in a professional manner.
