I have been working with Ron for about 30 years. He is an excellent tradesman, and working with him is always wonderful. He has been especially valuable for rental unit renovations, he is able to do a walk through with me and find things that need to be done, then organizes the projects, which always look presentable for quick turnover. He is very knowledgeable in many different areas, and is thoughtful. He is quick in his work, and has always been a dependable resource for me. Many of the neighbors see the work he has done and want to use him for their projects.
