Great. We had to make changes during the process and Floor dimensions were flexible and clear about how things would proceed.

The whole team (sales and installation) worked around our schedule and were flexible as needed. We're super pleased with the end results - the installation team was accommodating, hard working and they kept the work area clean and organized. They performed the work within the agreed upon time frame (would have probably finished earlier if we hadn't asked them to do some additional customization). We have only praise for the entire experience.

The crew had it done on time. I had to remove all the light stuff, including pictures and knick-knacks atop dressers and heavy tables. All the heavy lifting was done by the work crew. It's been several months and I get compliments on the new flooring. I did not shop around, instead went with the Angie's List discount. No unpleasant surprises. That's the way I like it.

Great experience. Very helpful picking a carpet type and color. I am glad I went with the thicker padding they suggested. I wish they would have given me the 10% off for mentioning Angie's List as their special says. I did let them know that I found out about them through and decided to use them because of Angie's List. More expensive than Home Depot but did a GREAT job. The installer was fast, friendly and the room looks perfect. I will be using them to do the hardwood in the rest of the condo.

I wanted to match some laminate in the other parts of my house and found the best match here. Took a little longer to get the floors in than I would have liked, but installation was very professional and fast. They are not the least expensive choice, but they do quality work and know their stuff. I would recommend them.

They were very good on ervery level. Sean at Floor Demenisons is an angel, he went above and beyond helping me with the entire process and then some. I would recamend this place over any other, and I did look at several differant compines b4 choosing FD.

USean Bell, salesperson, was amazing and very patient as I changed my order several times. The delay occurred when the Mirage Engineered Hardwood was two weeks late in arriving requiring my changing the moving date of all the furniture stored to another date and extending storage contract another month. Unfortunately, the call informing of the delay came the day I was expecting Floor Dimensions to arrive and install the flooring. Installation of the Marmoleum was on time and finished withing a week. The installation of engineered hardwood took two weeks and went without a hitch.

The work is beautiful, and they were done a day earlier than anticipated. My bedroom took a little longer than I and they had thought, but it's a big room with a hallway and two closets, so it makes sense. The rest of the place went by quickly and although they were scheduled to finish on Monday the 10th, they finished on Friday the 7th. The staff at the store, Sean in particular, were also great and very responsive, especially since I am hard to reach during the day. They were willing to text me instead of calling, since that works better for me.

The price was good, the worker was on time and considerate. It looks a bit uneven to me but time will tell. So far I'm mostly satisfied.

The installation went very smoothly. They were finished earlier than they had advised, it only took them part of a day. The representatives of the company are incredibly responsive, accessible, and easy to deal with. There was a problem with the flooring at first because there was an 8 day delay being that it was coming from Pennsylvania and it got lost and was even torn upon its arrival, but they ended up giving my a break on the cost of the services. I will be using them again, they were really great!

Sales personnel were helpful when selecting carpeting; scheduling was flexible; and in-house service was professional & timely. This is the second time we have used Floor Dimensions and will do so again.

Terrific. Sean, the sales representative, assisted us in choosing an appropriate, inexpensive carpet for a rental unit. He gave us samples to take home to peruse at our leisure, and showed great patience and flexibility when we added to our order for installation. The installers arrived exactly on time, and they worked cheerfully and steadfastly until everything was completed. They left us with the additional remnants of carpet and advised us about follow-up with the repaired marmoleum. While the price of carpet and installation wasn't cheap, it was reasonable; we are more than satisfied with the service provided.

It was good. Everyone was friendly, professional and punctual. The only gripe I have is that the Angie's list special was $300 for $500 worth of carpet - I had the impression that would cover one room. It wasn't even a large room but they told me the special wouldn't cover the entire room. I spoke to the manager, telling them I didn't think it was fair and he said they would do the room for the agreed upon price.

I cannot recommend Floor Dimensions highly enough!! There was an initial problem in establishing contact through Angie's List due to incorrect contact information on the part of Angie's List, but once contact was established everything went extremely well. Their showroom in Berkeley is lovely, and Sean was a great sales representative. The two installers who worked on my house did a SUPERB job with the leveling my house needed and the hardwood installation. Their attention to detail was incredible. I am not easy to please when it comes to this type of work and I have very high standards. Floor Dimensions met those standards. Every detail, every molding, every corner looks great. My floors are now everything I dreamed they could be. The pricing is a little on the high side, but the quality of the work is very, very good, and you get what you pay for. You do not want to scrimp on something as longlasting as hardwood floors. Again, I cannot reommend Floor Dimension highly enough. If you hire this company, you will be very satisfied.

Provider was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me choose proper product and understood problems I had in delaying schedule due to family tragedy (which is why I can't provide a date of installation). All members of the Floor Dimensions were helpful, courteous and efficient. A wonderful bunch. Would certainly use this company again.

Everything went well from making the measurement appointment to picking out the hardwood to the installation. This was a very positive experience save for the sticker shock for the materials. As mentioned the whole process was great, but there is definitely a difference in quality when looking at hardwood flooring, but that is a separate issue. The people here are very friendly and helpful when it comes to scheduling appointments, assisting in picking out the products and required material to the quality of installation. The floor was installed almost a year ago and it still looks incredibly beautiful. A very positive experience.

We had three estimates for the work. The representative from Floor Dimensions was the most thorough and provided us with the most information about the job and got back to us with the estimate promptly. The two men who did the work were efficient, polite and worked quietly. They were very careful about moving the stove, had to remove doors to the laundry room and plane some of the other doors to fit. The work took two days, they cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with the final product.

They were on time, courteous, very professional, and efficient. It took them no time at all. The sales people were very helpful. I got calls to let me know when things were to happen. I would recommend them.

Floor Dimensions worked diligently to customize and install everything the way I wanted it done. If I had any concerns, Floor Dimensions made me confident that they would get the job done right.Floor dimensions were friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Floor Dimensions to anyone for their hardwood, carpet or tile installation work.

Because of problems with rainwater drainage I had to keep cancelling and rescheduling. They were quite understanding of this.

It went very smoothly. Company was very professional. Scheduled and completed work promptly. Did all we asked. Nice, friendly people,too.

They were so helpful, responsive, punctual, and affordable. Terry and Stephanie and Jason were especially great. They got estimates quickly, helped source materials and trouble-shoot problematic areas, and installed everything beautifully. I felt so well taken care of and recommend them highly. I myself used them because they had sold vinyl to my parents for their remodel, and their install looks great, too. Thanks!

People at the store were helpful, friendly and prompt in communicating with me to set up the in-person estimate. The estimator and installers came when expected, and the installation was fast, neat and clean. My only disappointments were: 1) the estimate in person was higher than I received in the store because my room wasn't the minimum room size (huh?); 2) the door plates only came in one finish. Otherwise, the experience was fine.
