The team that cleans my home is always punctual, cheerful and extremely efficient. Laura provides her customers with a "quality control card" at each visit which allows me the opportunity to rate the service or leave a note if there is something specific that I want the team to focus on. If the team will be unavoidably late,which happened on one occasion, Laura calls immediately. I would consider myself to be fairly fussy about cleaning and not easily satisfied and I waited for some time before writing a review because it has been my experience that most cleaning services do a great job at first, and then the quality of service gradually slips. Not so with Laura's team...after over a year I continue to rate the service I receive as excellent.

She did a deep cleaning I using windows and stove. Once a moth she sends three cleaners for follow up cleanings.

Laura and her team are professional and thorough. After my first house cleaning I swear my oven looked as shiny and clean like the day it was delivered to my kitchen. Before the team arrived to clean, I took several "before" pics of dust filled corners, soap scummy tubs, etc. The after pics showed all those areas as spotless. I am very pleased with Laura's Cleaning Service so far. I hope to continue my relationship with Laura and her team for a long time!

Laura returned my email promptly and scheduled a walk-through for the very next day. During the walk-through she carefully reviewed what I wanted done, asking questions to make sure the scope of work is clear to both of us. Based on the walk-through she gave me an estimate (which turned out to be very close) and worked to schedule the deep cleaning within the time window I had requested. On the day of the cleaning, Laura came over on time (actually, a few minutes early) with the cleaning ladies and explained to them what I wanted done. A complete explanation, to which I did not have to add anything. The work took 3.5 hrs ? and the whole house shines! All the woodwork, the walls, not the mention the windows and the floors were spotless and shining. In particular, the kitchen is now free of the grease which had accumulated over the years ? the ceiling, the walls, the cabinet doors. They even cleaned the top of the cabinets! Since then we also used them for a periodic cleaning ? the same professionalism throughout the process. Correct estimate of cost, prompt arrival, attention to every detail and desire to have a satisfied customer. Highly recommend!

Deep cleanedost of house. May have broken a small sent entail object, but didn't tell me. I don't mind the loss of the object, but wish they'd told me. Missed some significant spots, but overall good job. Excellent job in bathroom.

This was my second cleaning and the two women who performed the work are fast, need no oversight or instruction and pay unbelievable attention to the smallest details. They literally clean everything, from baseboards, light switches, under rugs and furniture. Kitchen and bathroom floors are cleaned on their hands and knees! I truly cannot praise this company enough. Nor, can I explain how great it is to have everything shiney and spotless ALL AT ONE TIME! I'm continuing to use this service on a monthly ongoing basis. What Laura claims in her advertising, you can absolutely bank on. AND it's very reasonable compared to other services that do not perform as well. If you need a one-time deep cleaning or service on a regular basis, this is the one to contact.

Excellent job from start to end. Laura was very responsive, provided me with a fair estimate. She came in with the crew and gave clear instructions. Her team is a miracle maker. They've cleaned even things I could never imagined could be cleaned so well. I'm very pleased with the job and would recommend them to anyone who needs an excellent service at a convenient price. At the end of the cleaning, Laura did a walkthrough with me to make sure everything was up to my standards. Very professional and friendly.

Laura was prompt and professional, and returned my phone call to discuss pricing and availability right away. A small scheduling shuffle (no biggie), and we were set for a date of service. Cleaning crew leader arrived 60 mins later than scheduled, and we walked through the condo to review what I wanted cleaned. The carpets had just been cleaned, and the fridge and inside of the oven were NOT part of the service I requested. I specifically pointed out the dusty and dirty pantry shelving, cobwebs, window sills, and spiderwebs on the ceiling. Additionally, the light fixtures needed cleaning, and the grates of the heaters in the bathrooms. The estimate provided was for a total of 2.5 hours for 2 cleaners. I returned to the empty condo to lock up after 2 hours, and they were already gone. The work was not of high quality. The items I specifically requested were not completed--dirty window sills, cobwebs, dust and dirt where they had neglected to clean. The shelving in the pantry (which we discussed) was not cleaned, and there were old food items--chips, crackers, etc--left from the previous tenant. This was an easy job--it did not require a cleaning of the fridge or oven (yet they neglected to wipe the dirt and food from the outside of the oven),and the condo was empty. I was happy to pay the $150 fee for this initial cleaning, as I wanted the condo ready for us to move in. I didn't do an inspection until the 9th of July (4 days after service), when the movers were arriving--and the work was just not very good. As we were moving in, I needed to clean I do not recommend the service. UPDATE: After posting my review of Laura's services, she called me immediately to discuss my displeasure, and to make it right. She was able to come back to the condo the following day with another crew (she was also present during the service), and they completed all the items that I had previously dinged as unacceptable. They also did a few extra things, which I appreciated. Based on the professional and friendly manner in which Laura followed up with me, I am pleased to update my review with a favorable rating.

Combination hardwood and area rug rooms, they vacuum and wet-treat each hardwood floor area as well as vacuum area rugs. They also do my bathroom, which is mostly tile. Fixtures are metal. They do a good, thorough job and I call them periodically to supplement my own housecleaning.

Laura's Cleaning Services provided two etremely professional and obviously skilled cleaning ladies on a day's notice to clean a relative's home in order to prepare it for sale. The ladies spent the first 4 hours in the kitchen, literally cleaning it from top to bottom, and sucessfully eradicated at least 30 years of grease and grime. Then they spent the next 4 hours cleaning, dusting and vacuming the rest of the house, to include vacuming up at least 30 years of dust and dirt, washing all the windows, cleaning the inside and outside of all the cupboards, polishing all the chrome in the bathrooms, etc. In terms of reliability, the two ladies arrived early and stayed until the job was done. They worked diligently throughout the day and even found a missing piece of jewly and put it out for us to find upon completion of the job.Their supervisor, Laura, arrived first to determine the work that needed to be done, checked in on her employees throughout the day, and did a final walk through before allowing them to leave, insuring that we were satisfied with the job done before we paid for their services. We would hire Laura's Cleaning Service again without hesitation. They are the best cleaning service we have ever used, and worth every cent paid, based on the amount of work they had to do, and how well they did it.
