+ -1 moreA very organized effort. Two cleaners completed the work in 3 hours. The results were beyond my expectations. Prior to scheduling with Laura Cleaning, I had tried two other cleaning services and was disappointed with the results. The cleaners communicated very well before cleaning, asking if there were areas they should pay special attention to and after cleaning, we walked through the house together to see if they missed anything. I was so pleased with Laura's Cleaning that I schedule the same cleaners every other week.

+ -1 moreShe is amazing. The service was incredible. She was wonderful. I would use them again. A+! She cleaned house really good. She knew what she was doing; very organized, very good, excellent. I would use them again at regular price. Totally worth it. I'm a real perfectionist. I don't give an "A" grade that easily. I did have a dispute with a company that used once, so it's not like... She's excellent. There's nothing else to it.

+ -1 moreLaura paid a visit to my home to assess the level of services needed and her approach is the best I've encountered in ensuring her customers are happy. She's organized, punctual and very pleasant to work with. On the day of the cleaning she asked that I be on hand to answer any questions and guide the crew on my specific needs. She arrived with them and walked them through what we agreed on. We have dogs which did not present a problem. They worked continuously for almost four hours and left the house looking and smelling wonderful. They bring their own cleaning equipment and supplies which removes a burden from the homeowner. I find her rate competitive for the Berkeley area. I expect to retain Laura's services for the long term. She's a true professional.
Description of Work: Recurring housekeeping. Initial service was a deep cleaning and then every few weeks thereafter.

We did a walk through and I highlighted the problem areas and Laura was accommodating and attentive. I returned later in the evening and was pleased with what I saw. This is the first time I used this type of service and I really didn't know what to expect. But i am pleased to say Laura and her crew delivered on their service. Thank you Laura. + -1 moreMy communication with Laura the owner was excellent. She went out of her way to answer all of my emails and after I had even purchased the service. In fact I actually had hit the thing twice, because it did not show it had went through, and she let me know that I had actually purchased it twice and asked me if it was an accident which it was. So without that I wouldn't have known it had happened. She had absolutely no issue with me canceling the services even though I had already purchased them and everything. She just couldn't have been more helpful and responsive to my request. I know the price wasn't out of line but I wouldn't say it was a steller price. It was good but not great.

Once a month, two cheerful, efficient workers manage to clean a rather large house thoroughly in less than four hours, leaving fresh-smelling, gleaming rooms with everything back in its proper place. Although thorough, the cleaners somehow always avoid disrupting my spouse (who works at home). And while our rescue cat (who suffered from PTSD) was still alive, they even managed not to traumatize her. Cost is a bit high but seems justified--and fair--for these hard-working cleaners.
