We’ll work with you in providing a personalized plan, paying special attention to your cleaning needs. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We can not move furniture, but we will try to reach visible places either by hand or an extension duster. **** In order to provide the highest quality cleaning, we ask that you provide a reasonably clutter-free home by picking up clothes, toys, etc. If excess clutter is present, we do our best to clean around these areas.

Response from Crib Buddy Maids
The member sent ONE request via our website on March 16th to which I responded on the morning of March 17th by email (and I have the email to prove it) saying that we are completely booked and not able to take over any new projects. Please check your email completely, sometimes emails go into the junk folder. That is not something I have control over, but I always respond to the requests I receive even if I can not accommodate every single one of them. It is NOT ok to trash someones reputation just because you think you didn't receive any response.

The workers arrived on time, were polite and efficient and kept constantly busy. We would be happy to have them do future work for us.
Description of Work: The owner met with us before the work began. We provided a detailled list of tasks which we went over with owner who subsequently discussed it with her two workers. The tasks were mopping kitchen, entryway, and two bathrooms, vacuuming all carpeting and living room and den furniture and vertical blinds, cleaning two toilets and one tiled shower area, windexing all mirrors and pictures and general house dusting.

They got it all together, and the place looked clean to boot! Best investment I ever made.
Description of Work: I asked the normal cleaning service not to clean, but to gather up all the possessions left at my former condo and box them for moving. Understand - this was in a very messy place, but I needed to move quickly. The team fought their normal cleaning instincts: they sorted all the possessions and important papers from the recyclables and trash, and boxed all the stuff for movement.

Outstanding! Laura came out to give a free estimate, then, when the cleaners called, Laura call as well to make sure everything was done to my requests. she is very warm and friendly and being with them is a total pleasure. I look forward to having a real cleaning with them.

My first cleaning was "deep cleaning. She arrived with two cleaning associates and completed my 3 story Town home in about 3.5 hours. Her staff is obviously well trained and reliable. I feel my expectations were exceeded.

We were looking for a reliable, always present and bi-weekly cleaning service for our house (3200 sq. ft). We also had special requirements regarding the use of cleaning products on delicate surfaces which had been scratched by previous cleaning services. Laura's knew exactly what we wanted, and has proceeded to provide us with the same level of of high service we had outlined on our first visit with her and providing the care we expect from each visit. We appreciate enormously the fact that she comes with her helpers and supervises the quality of the work as whole. She leaves with us a survey for comments and our appraisal for each time she comes of how we feel they have performed the work. We are extremely happy with how she has treated us and our house, and she is a refreshing, professional service provider in a service area, often populated by fly-by-night individuals, not very well versed in cleaning methods, equipment and liquids, intent on just doing a superficial job.

I called Laura about the move in cleaning and set up an appointment. She was punctual and provided me with a free estimate. The price was right and so were all the details in regards to the work to be done. Also I felt very comfortable having Laura taking care of our house, because unlike other service providers she really understood what we were looking for and she was very sensitive to our needs. The day we established, Laura came together with her crew and coordinated them so that all things go smoothly and made sure the cleaning was throughout. When the job was done, Laura took us for a walk-through explaining what they have done and made sure we were getting what we were looking for. We loved Laura and her crew so much that we decided to turn this one time cleaning into a regular basis cleaning, as so they will come to our house every other week from now on.
