 + -1 moreWe called three potential contractors, and two were not very responsive. No great interest in helping us get information. Mark set us up with a prior customer so we could try their lift, which was invaluable in our making up our minds. We set up the contract, he was prompt, and did a superb job. It's been two months now, and everything is fine.
Description of Work: Installed a Bruno chair elevator on our back stairs to assist us move up and down. Fitted it perfectly to a narrow stair, showed great ingenuity in placing the rechargeable battery in a discrete location, and made sure everything was working properly, even returning immediately to correct a small problem in the remote controls. Was knowledgeable, professional, neat, on time, and did a superb job. Overall rating in every category A. He also installs elevators, and works primarily with helping the handicapped.
