 + -1 moreThis was awhile ago but I've been meaning to write a review and say that Ceridono was very good and very professional. All to often I forget to take the time to say who does a good job, and only comment on the bad experiences. They may be a little pricey but their service is excellent and they do very thorough work and are definitely worth it. We would use then again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Replaced furnance, did hot heater retrofitting etc.

 + -1 moreThe salesperson failed to show up, and when we called the office the receptionist said he had cancelled all appointments for the day. She insisted it was not her fault, although we felt she could have notified us. We lost a half-day of work waiting for nothing.
Description of Work: Requested a quote for heating system.

 + -1 moreWhat a mess! I went through one months accumulation of dirt, dust, construction junk, empty soda cans, & cigarette butts. In order to access my furnace, the guys had to enter through my office into the dirt floor crawl space. They never put something down to protect my carpets, nor covered anything in my office. In the end, I had to hire a cleaning company to come in. Everyone in the company had someone to blame other than themselves. During the one month Ceridono spent in my house, I was aware of 3 people being fired (including the original salesman on my job, and the first installer). No one in the company seems to have any care for their reputation as a company, and they were constantly telling me how bad their coworkers all were. I couldn't have agreed more.
Description of Work: The job was bid to add A/C in 3 zones(one for each floor) to our existing heating system. They told me the work would take 1 week. After one month (and innumerable headaches), they finally sent their best installer who told me that the original sales guy sold me a system that will not work unless we wanted to tear out all of the existing duct work in our house and start all over. So, after a month of mess & noise in the house, the crews left me without a functional AC system and a bunch of useless equipment in my basement. In the end, Ceridono demanded I pay for not only the original $8000 bid but also for all of the extra time the crews spent working on my system. Considering I did not have AC when it was all said and done, I felt this was completely inappropriate! After many phone calls, much exasperation, and threats to involve small claims court, we settled on me paying $2000 for the equipment (but no labor). So, I paid $2000 for a bunch of equipment that doesn't work.
