Very professional, courteous and helpful. A little more then I hoped it would cost but all in all great service.

Albert and his staff are very professional and followed through to the letter on all commitments. Albert spent a lot of time with me discussing options and provided quotes for 2 solutions to assist me in making my final decision. The plumber (Tony C.) assigned to do my installation did very professional and quality work. I?m very particular and find it difficult to find quality ?tradesman? this day in age. Most times these days you get a technician to do smaller jobs rather than a professional/tradesman. Quality workmanship is difficult to find at reasonable rates but Albert Nahman Plumbing & Heating does provide both to his customers.

They installed my tankless water heater on Friday. On Saturday, I called because there was a leak! They couldn't get anyone out to my house until Monday. Meanwhile, I noticed that the hot water pipe was not insulated completely, only half way. I advised them of that Monday morning. The service techinician on Monday insulated the hot water line completely (should have been done in the first place), and fixed the leak (was missing a part to begin with). This is not what I expected from a 5-star rated professional, whom I hired for more money than one of the other estimates due to their rating.

Due to new construction in my neighborhood, over the past few years when we receive continuous or heavy rain there has been flooding under my house in my crawl space. After the first rain, I decided to install a sump pump system. Chris came out to look at the situation - he was knowledgeable, courteous and on time. The quote given was within the range of othre quotes given and was reasonable as compared to the services received. In other words, Chris did not try to cut corners in the quality of service in order to submit the lowest quote. The work is guaranteed and I was really comfortable with Chris' solution to my sump pump problem.

Reported to job site on time and with the correct equipment. Solved both problems: 1) a blocked sink drain line, blocked 10 to 16 feet from sink; 2) leak in a stove gas line - replaced part of gas line with flexible hosing. Finished within an hour. Gave small discount on work for first time service user as shown on website.
