The original plumber that came did not listen as I knew the main sewer line was plugged. There was water under the house. I asked him to 'root' out the main line then but he insisted that we needed to see where the leak was prior to doing any work. The back bathroom was where the leak was from so he assured me that we could still use the front bathroom. Next morning (prior to the plumbers re-visit) water was under the house again due to the plugged up main line! I called to complain to the owner. He did pay for the second water remediation and made sure the main line was then unclogged.

On time as arranged. Knew exactly what problem was and sent for parts. Made temporary fix until parts arrived. Returned as arranged . Professional job.

Another plumber wanted to rip out a wall to replace a faucet in the bathtub which would have run over $1000.00 including to clear a slow moving drain. William Cruz said the facuet didn't need replacing after he worked on it a while and then took care of the slow drain. Cost was under $200.00.

Chris, the Bosch tech, was on time, knew what he was doing, did it quickly and efficiently, so that I had hot water once again, after none for 4 days over a holiday. As far as I can tell, Nahman is the only company in the East Bay area with techs capable of repairing Bosch tankless water heaters.

Chris was very thorough. he tested the connection carefully after installation of the drain line. he also took the time to explain my options for a new water heater, going over what would work with the particulars of my space. i felt very satisfied with the information i received.

Chris arrived on the dot at 8am, listened to what my plumbing problems were and fixed them. They charged $49 service visit, to fix the faulty faucet in the bathtub in my rental condo. The tech they sent called saying it needed a replacement of cartridge and cost me $200. Ouch enough but I said go ahead. Then he spent 3 hours and could not do it, blaming it's too hard, and it needed cutting off the tiles to have it completely replaced with a new faucet, for another $1,250, in addition to the $200 charged. That's when the real rub-in came. I demanded that he left the replacement cartridge he bought for me, since it's charged. When I came later to check it out, it was a wrong one! It only cost me $550 with another plumber.
