A1 fit us in at short notice, for which I am grateful. Russell Branch, who did the cleaning for us, was quick, thorough, and pleasant to work with.

Crew arrived on time; did a great job on the gutters; cleaned up well. I'm very pleased with the service and scheduling.

They were $200 less expensive and were accommodating to my schedule. I have windows that can only be cleaned from the outside and they are 3 stories up on a steep hill! Arnaldo was friendly and thorough.

This was an excellent experience. Stuart came very quickly to give me an estimate and we set a date. I thought his estimate was very reasonable. His two guys came exactly on time and were at my house most of the day. They were clean and extremely professional. When one of the decks didn't look 100%, they insisted on scrubbing it again to make it look perfect. The windows and screens are all placed back, which often does not happen with window washers, the decks are clean and the blinds look like new. I would DEFINITELY use this company again

They called me to estimate and schedule the appt. Reminder call before showing up. I did no have to be home to have the cleaning service. All great!

great. he took out all screens as he went and replaced after cleaning inside and out. it took about 2.5 hours for all the windows. a fair price for a good job.

Service was excellent ! The window cleaner was very courteous. I have had our windows cleaned numerous times and I must say this was the best job to date. My windows have remained clean must longer than usual.

It was very easy to call and reserve a convenient time. Two cleaners arrived promptly and completed the service efficiently. I will be calling them again this year.

They were very responsive in getting back to me and we set a time that the worker would be at our house that was within a few days of my request. It was a time range of 9am to 9:30. They did not show up or call during that time frame. I was just getting ready to call them at about 9:45 when they called to say that the worker had been delayed and that he wouldn't be coming to my house for another hour. This was very frustrating because I had made plans for later in the day and I had to scramble to make changes to my appointments. They should have called me as soon as they knew that the worker would be late, not after the appointment time had past. The scheduling problem aside, I did think that they did a good job on the windows and skylights. The windows were very clean inside and out when they were finished. I think that the man who washed the windows worked very hard to do a good job and he was very careful inside my home. My only issue was that the window sills which were supposed to be cleaned as part of the service didn't really look very clean when he was finished. I pointed this out to him, and he said that they were very hard to clean. He was using a thick rag that couldn't get into the corners I worked on the sills a little later and didn't find them that hard to clean, but really just needed a have a thinner rag to push into the corners to get the dirt out. I know my review sounds negative, but really I do think that this is a good company and I would use them again.

.The window cleaner, Rene Gordillo, arrived exactly on time. Cleaned all the windows and screens quickly and efficiently with absolutely no mess. He brought all his own tools and cleaning supplies. The price was for an "Angie's Special" offered by A-1, "The Clear Choice", Stuart Sugden, Owner. I would recommend Mr. Gordillo most highly.

Punctual, pleasant and really excellent results.

It went great. They sent one guy out and he was very efficient. He did a very good job on our windows. He was on time and did everything we asked him to do. He was terrific. He had a special tool to clean our screens so he did those too.

The provider was friendly from the beginning but got right to work and combined speed with a quality job. We couldn't have been more pleased. We added on the gutter cleaning and were glad to get it done.

Two men came at the specified time and spent several hours here; everything sparkled when they left. We'd forgotten how terrific clean windows are! They were quiet, respectful, pleasant workers who did a very good job. The last people who cleaned our windows left some out, and didn't remove or clean some of the screens: these men did everything. This is the third or fourth time we've used this company and they are consistently good.

Arrived 5 minutes early. Accessed the job and informed me extra costs. Completed job in about 3 hours and cleaned up any residule dirt or spills.

We got an Angie's List coupon. We added additional windows to it. It went well.

After purchasing the Big Deal to clean windows at half price, it took some back and forth (via email) to get an estimate for cleaning the blinds too. This is where response time lagged, sometimes a couple of days passed before I had a response (too many people cleaning windows during "spring cleaning?"). Anyway, when Rene showed up right on time for my appointment he was very professional about ensuring that I had an accurate estimate for cleaning both my windows and my blinds. Turns out that 13 windows cleaned for half price depends on the size of the window, and even though I asked during one of my emails, my garden window cost more than a regular window. Still, the prices were still reasonable and I'm glad I went ahead with getting all of the windows and blinds clean. Rene spent all day making sure the blinds were not only clean, but dry and with minor repairs done before he left. Plus, the windows (even those on the second story) all look great. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

The end goal of clean windows was met. Simple, quick interactions from the initial request for bid on my part through the end result of clean windows. Yes, I will call them again.

Not good...the office manager argued pricing for bad work.
