Description of Work: Rafael cleaned all of the gutters on our one story house, and cleaned leaves off of the roof. He caulked a crack in the gutter over our bathroom window that was allowing water to leak into the room, and used a blower to remove leaves from the front porch and back deck. The cleanup was perfect.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters about a week ago. We rent our home and arranged everything from the East Coast. I have used them in the past for windows and other cleaning. I recommend them. Very professional and I think they charge a very fair price. I did not rate the service of the recent gutter job because I am not there to inspect, but I have no complaints from our tenants.

Description of Work: I called A1 Clear Choice to clean the windows before we move in our new house. Despite their busy schedule, they were able to accommodate us. Description of Work: Cleaned all windows inside and out for a home being prepared to list on the MLS. |House was a mid-century modern with a lot of window surface, about half of it louvered windows of 4-6 individual panes each. Stuart, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and did what he said he'd do, when he said he'd do it! Renee and Jesus did the cleaning and did an incredible job! Windows probably had not been cleaned in 15-20 years.

We started using this company about 8 years ago and have stuck with them as we like their services. If we like a company we continue to go there to do business. The men come to our house and cleaned the inside and outside windows and they do a very good job. They are very thorough and reasonable and we get a little better price as we are long standing customers.
