Description of Work: The owner arrived the day after my email to look over the house & give us a bid - which was done within hours. Two men then cleaned more than 20 windows & 2 sets of French doors in our two story house, some of them quite hard to do. The price was the same as the price that our last cleaner charged for one man, doing only the ground floor. The A-I cleaners were nice, efficient, thorough.

Description of Work: cleaned all the windows (25-30) on first and second floor on our San Francisco older home. The gentleman who came was very through, thoughtful, and easy to work with. The person who answered the phone and dispatched was also very easy to work with.

Description of Work: He came, cleaned windows as agreed, and left. It wasn't complicated. I was satisfied. Please note that I tried to give this info to the company, but I go constant busy signals. Also note I tried to use the website but when I selected Window Cleaning and hit Apply, I was told that the category did not exist. Also note that while I'm happy with the services offered, this rabid pursuit of detailed feedback is incredibly annoying. There has to be a better way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: Hiring A-1 was the an excellent choice on my part! I have been having my windows cleaned for the past few years and had become displeased w/the provider I had been using. So after reading some of their reviews on Angies List, I decided give A-1 a try. I will be a customer from now on: Thank You Stuart and Rene. Stuart, the owner, arrived on time to give me an estimate, which was reasonable because I have paned windows (2 stories). Rene arrived, on time, to do the work. I decided to have the gutters cleaned after he arrived and he was flexible...said, "Sounds good". Rene worked very hard to dislodge built-up leaves in the downspouts that previous services had let slide. He then started in on the windows, called for some help because the gutters had been a nightmare. Help arrived and the job was completed in the late afternoon. Rene is fantastic and the windows gleam. Thank You again, Stuart and Rene.

Description of Work: Called twice and emailed once. Never heard from them. This seems to be a common problem for well-rated Angie's List companies: they are often not scalable businesses equipped to meet the demands of their success. But never getting a call back? Inexcusable.

Description of Work: The people who came to the house were on time and did an excellent job. They cleaned the roof and gutters. Then the blinds, windows, and screens were cleaned. They were careful and I was pleased with their quiet and careful work.
