Paul warned us before he started: "Realtors hate me. I always tell the truth." We soon learned why. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He provided the three levels of service and we bought the top one, because we wanted as much info as possible before making our decision. The inspection took four hours during which Paul took dozens of photos and showed us problems we really needed to know about. In the end we received two reports: a summary and a final--which totaled to 180 pages. It may be a little expensive, but there's nothing like good information to save money down the road. Thanks to him, we both avoided making a big mistake and are much better-prepared for next time.
