The unit was found healthy, with the only recommendation to have a "Soft Start" capacitor based device installed to put less stress on the unit during start up.

Outstanding job! Very professional from estimate to completed job. They explained the whole process including what the city requires to pass the permit process. Brand new Trane furnace with 60,000 btu's of heat. I am very happy I hired NWP heating and air.

Great! Technician was prompt and very honest about the condition of our system. Recommended to hold off for a few years as the system is old but should function well for another 3-4 years.

Purchased the offer twice and cancelled each purchase for refund within 30 days. Reason for both cancellations: No response from vendor to my request to schedule the work. (This assumes that the vendor received my email requests; I called once the phone number that was provided but voicemail box was full.)

I have made appointment three times and they not only did not show up but also did not call me to let me know or try to explain the reason. I asked for refund from Angles.

Well - some trouble initially to get my appt setup, not great on follow up to get that appt., but did eventually follow through, and did great work. On time, reasonably priced, no gimmicks or upsales, just straight facts.

Once contact was made, he arrived 1/2 an hour late beyond the 2-hour window, but once here, he was very thorough, explaining as he worked. Very nice gentleman.

They never called me back to schedule. It has been three weeks. I called another vendor outside of Angie's List and they were here in 2 days.

A diagnostic was done and the results were explained in detail. We discussed what was immediately wrong, and what items may next fail based on the age and condition of my unit. I was given several options for repair to choose from. After the repair, the cooling was tested and, though I expected the unit needed to be recharged with freon, it was deemed within limits and not recommended at this visit. Service rep Jonathan did a fantastic job and I will definitely use this service provider in the future.

Technician said the compressor was blown, I need a new air conditioner

Fantastic! Jonathan was very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions as well as explained everything he was doing and what his recommendations were for future maintenance. NWP will definitely be our first call for our future heating and cooling needs. He didn't try to push anything. He simply gave his recommendations and an estimate if we wanted to have it done. So far nothing has happened, I received a call sometime back but couldn't understand the person who called,so I don't know if that was them or not but they never retried if it was them. I just my money returned at this point.

I scheduled several meetings with the provider. I got no shows twice and in between I had trouble reaching the provider as voice mail was full.

It went very well. The serviceman left with a list of items to monitor and suggestions for maintenance.

Perfect - the technician was very efficient.

Overall, pleased with the service. Scheduling is somewhat difficult and you must be proactive. Technician that came to the home was great, took his time, explained things and reasons behind recommendations and how it would assist and extend the life of my A/C unit. Didn't try to upsell me, and said after completing additional work that I don't need to hire them next year for an tune up, wait 2 years.

Although I did have someone arrive to review my space and take my requirements, I never received an estimate.
